Although road repairs were undertaken at different locations in Ponda recently, still there are instances wherein such work has not been undertaken as yet. The KTC bus terminus (in Ponda) has remained neglected for quite long and bus operators have been confronted with great hardship due to bad road condition. Hence, the existing potholes have become a matter of great concern. The adjoining picture amply justifies this fact. It is time for the Public Works Department to take a note of this important matter and undertake prompt positive steps to repair the potholes at the KTC bus terminus on immediate basis so that the bus operators and commuters are assured a permanent relief in this regard. Let us hope that needful would be done at the earliest in public interest.
