Road-signs, which show the direction towards places and landmarks, play an important role in guiding the visitors to the state. Hence they need to show proper directions.
It is observed that at times, the names of the places are wrongly spelt and the arrow on the sign-boards points to a wrong direction.
It appears that in this particular sign-board located at the church square in Vasco, the arrow which shows the direction to Mangor is pointing towards the St Joseph Vaz road which leads to the Vasco city. The road leading to Mangor is in the other direction.
Though it may have no impact on the locals, it can misguide tourists and visitors to the port town of Vasco. This needs to be set right.
