Garbage dumping alongside the Arlem – Nuvem bypass road is now causing huge inconvenience. It can be seen that plastic bags filled with garbage are just thrown on both sides, all along the way. The smell and flies has made this road unhygienic. Stray dogs are also seen tearing into the bags for food adding to the menace.
We are living in a selfish society where we keep our house surroundings clean, but least bothered about public areas.
Such an irresponsible attitude must not be accepted and hence, authorities concerned must take stringent action on those responsible, as quickly as possible.
