Several tree-guards in Vasco do not have trees in them
Whenever tree saplings are planted they need to be protected from stray animals by enclosing them in tree-guards. However, it is observed that in several places in Vasco, specially, along the Swatantra Path, there are tree-guards without any saplings in them.
