It is observed that for the past two years a dry garbage yard has been functioning from the rear of Benaulim Panchayat Ghar.
During the monsoons the place stinks to high heaven and turns into a breeding ground for mosquitoes, thus becoming a public health nuisance. Many villagers visit the building for official matters. Therefore, I request the panchayat authorities to either shift the litter yard to an isolated location or shut it down altogether.
