The buses from Dona Paula and Goa Medical College and Hospital, Bambolim that proceed towards Panjim halt in front of the entrance to the Miramar Residency.
Mini buses plying between the Miramar circle and Panjim bus terminus and to Porvorim are also parked in the vicinity. This creates problems for vehicles that need to enter the Miramar Residency as the buses many a times start moving suddenly.
Further, the motorists exiting from the Residency are unable to see the oncoming traffic and get stranded near the divider line.
Hence, from the safety point of view, the authorities could shift the bus stop and shelter a few metres after the exit gate of the Residency. While a small bus-bay could be made for the mini buses that start from the Miramar circle.
