A report with regards to a traffic signage hanging upside down near Federal Bank at Rukmininagar in Ponda was published in the Citizen Herald dated November 26, 2018. The same remain neglected for quite some time and travellers commuting along the route were denied the much needed guidance. With the said error being rectified by the concerned authorities, the signage has now served its purpose. Travellers are able to get acquainted with the necessary instruction thereby assuring their safety on the road. I thank the concerned authorities for the said positive change enacted in the interest of travellers. I also take this opportunity to thank the ‘Citizen Herald’ team for highlighting this sensitive matter.
