With much fanfare the government has opened citizen service center at Quepem.
I had applied for survey plan on January 8, 2019 and till January 19, 2019 the plan is not available to me when I visited the center. At the Office of Land Survey in Quepem, all plans were delivered in three days, but it takes days at the Citizen Service Center. Moreover GST @ 18% is being charged to the people. Also form I & IX other than of Quepem is not available at the center.
People have to make repeated visit from faraway places to the unfriendly Citizen Service Center in Quepem to get the necessary documents.
