Petrol and Diesel which is subsidised by the government at the cost of the tax payers money seems like to illegally pilfer to other consumers in Goa while the authorities just behave like candid spectators.
Vans transporting highly flammable substances pose an immediate threat to public safety, the other vehicles, and the occupants themselves. If only the men in uniform on our roads keep an eye and contain this activity in public interests notwithstanding the perks which they might get in return!
