MAPUSA: Due to technical glitches in the traffic signal installed at Mapusa municipal circle, the traffic congestion has not been sorted out. Since the traffic signal doesn’t have the green light to the right or left, most motorists take a turn and then get confused.
Most of the confusion prevails at the court circle. The traffic signal at Karaswada junction also has similar technical glitches.
“We have directed the traffic signal company to sort out the issue. The Traffic police manage the signal and the issue will be resolved soon,” said Mapusa Municipal Council Deputy Chairperson Viraj Fadke.
