The PWD cleans one side and the public create a mess on the other side.
The road between St Michael’s Church and Chamunda Residency never appears to be clear of rubbish. The PWD clears it ever morning, but the public dump their garbage once it has been cleared. I have seen several people in their cars and scooters dumping /throwing their plastic garbage bags in broad day light, which the street dogs tear and make a mess. How frustrating this is!!!
Now the public have starting dumping garbage on the other side. Old latrines on the roadside look disgusting! A wedding venue on the road has parties every week and the guests throw their rubbish on the roadside. The venue should be held responsible to ensure those booking the place do not litter outside.
This is a never ending saga! Cameras should be installed to capture the public being a nuisance. Who is making this mess and nuisance? Make them accountable.
