The RTO/Traffic cops are responsible for this mess. If the RTO/Traffic police had enforced the strict instructions to the bus drivers to halt at bus stops, many lives would have been saved from accidents, but the RTO/traffic cops stand at one corner and fine the motorcyclists and never bother to fine the buses which stop everywhere. In my view, the RTO/Traffic cops should move all round to catch the buses which do not follow the bus stops instead of remaining at one place.
There are bus stops but no buses
There are bus stops on every road in Goa, but the buses do not stop at the bus stops. The buses stop everywhere and anywhere to collect passengers thus causing inconvenience to the pedestrians and motorists.
