The way cars are parked opposite Campal Clinic is appaling! The cars are parked on the footpath in such a way that the pedestrians are completely blocked and cannot walk on the footpath. There is no way on the footpath as cars are parked almost up to the end till the compound wall. Does this message reach the concerned authorities?
