Kindly refer to my letter on your esteemed Citizens Herald column dated May 17, 2017 wherein the conditions of internal roads of Utorda were highlighted and addressed for the corrective measures.
Recently, the internal roads of Francis Costa Ward and other wards of Utorda have been hot-mixed nearly after two decades.
My sincere thanks to our Honorable MLA of Nuvem Constituency Wilfred D’Sa (Babashan) for following up and expediting the works soon after he got elected, to the PWD Engineers for executing the works and to the panchayat ward members of Utorda Village for taking keen interest in the wards and Citizen Herald for highlighting the issue. I look forward for all-round development of the village.
