Vasco city seems to be defying the very purpose of ‘Swatch Bharat” as heaps of garbage like this can be seen at many places in the city with stray cattle, dogs and rodents feasting on this stinking garbage.
Being a port city, Vasco should have been displaying a very healthy environment and garbage management considering the quarantine requirements for a port.
It is high time that Vasco city comes up with an effective garbage management plan to dispose its waste products rather than allow it to pile up on the streets for the scavengers to feast on.
