Every now and then citizens are being warned not to dispose off construction debris in open spaces.
However, it is observed that concrete slabs have been dumped in the traffic circle at a prime location in the Port Town of Vasco near the bus-stand.
These concrete slabs have even damaged the plants, which were recently planted in the traffic circle, and have become an eye-sore.
The authorities concerned need to remove these concrete slabs, grow more plants here and restore the beauty of the traffic circle.
