Vendors encroach road in Vasco

It may be recalled that a few months ago,  fish vendors in the port town were shifted to a different location in order to commence the construction work of the new market at the old site. Along with the fish vendors, local vendors selling fruits were also accommodated inside the make-shift market. However it is observed that these local fruit vendors have now encroached on the road outside the fish market. These vendors have cited lack of business for shifting outside. Since the vendors have encroached onto the road it causes inconvenience to road users. Incidentally the other side of the road is earmarked for four-wheeler parking. Due to the encroachment and the crowd it becomes difficult for the parked cars to take a reverse turn.  The vendors could be allowed to occupy the pavement only and keep the road free.
