December is here and yet there are still so many roads that haven’t been attended to. The deadline was that all roads in all areas would be repaired by November-end. I was hopeful, but now I am very disappointed.
However, having seen the rate at which the work has progressed, it was quite alarming and the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow slowly faded away. I would like to see a miracle happen with regards to the inner road connecting St Michael’s Church, the Taleigao Electricity Board, Chamunda & Fern Residencies and the entire Miramar-Dona Paula Road in Caranzalem be repaired immediately. These deteriorated roads pose danger to commuters and pedestrians. PWD please do not disappoint, get more men working. In public interest and safety all roads need to be repaired despite the November-end deadline has ended. A waning promise, as the potholes are still a pain.
