It’s really surprising to see that the water leakage at Thana Cortalim was plugged on the very next day when the photo was published in the Citizen Herald page on February 18. I have to thank the Herald for publishing the letter and was more grateful to Panchayat/PWD for carrying out the work promptly. The authorities must have felt why waste water when we have to store it for the future generation.
