The address and the name of field are given wrong in the Electricity E-Challan and in Form I & XIV respectively (as shown in picture). Kirbhat comes under the Village of Nuvem and not Majorda, whereas the name of the field is Luis Vaddo/ Ward and not Loniswado. Many a times we see wrong spellings in the name, address or even a middle name missing on Passport, Aadhar, Election card, etc. The common man is then made to run from pillar to post to get this corrected. I kindly request the authorities to get these errors corrected at the earliest, and also avoid repeating them in the future.
