Years back, when we did not have such facilities as we have today, and when there were loads and loads of letters, it took maximum 7 to 10 days to reach a letter within the country. But now, it takes more than 10 days for a letter to reach within the State itself, and more than 20 days within the country, Why is this so?
After the coming of the Mobile phone people hardly write and as a result there are very few letters compared to the loads of olden days. In spite of few letters the postal service is ineffective and very slow. What is wrong? Is there is no staff? Is the staff not paid?
Hope the authority concerned will look into the matter and give the people better and faster postal service.
