PANJIM: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Thursday chaired the third meeting of the Group of Ministers (GoM) newly reconstituted by the GST Council for boosting Real Estate Sector in the country, at New Delhi. The meeting discussed various issues related to the real estate sector and submissions of State governments. The Council decided to obtain updated data from all States on each agenda point for studying the detailed revenue implications and other issues and then decide on each issue. The meeting also discussed over GST on lease for industrial plots and issues related to common man such as housing society, redevelopment etc.
