PANJIM: While the govt states that it will consult all stakeholders, till date it has not given an appointment despite written requests to GBA ever since the government came to power in April 2012, the GBA has said.
“An attempt to attend one of the weekly meetings of the CM with the public in the Assembly Secretariat Complex was aborted as the CM left the complex no sooner the delegation entered. Attempts to get an appointment have been frustrated by the ministerial staff of the CM, who insist that the CM has to first consent to such an appointment. The Chief Minister has all the time for the builders and big project proposers and planners. Several foreign consultants are being hired to make various plans, whether for the city, tourism by paying large sums of consultancy fee,” the GBA said.
