PANJIM: In view of rising COVID 19 cases, Chief Minister Pramod Swant will not be celebrating his birthday on April 24, Saturday. This was informed by the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO), on Friday.
“To avoid any public gathering, Chief Minister will not be available at his residence in Sanquelim, official residence at Panjim or at the Office in the Secretariat, Porvorim for any personal greetings. General public is thereby requested to not visit or gather at the above locations to greet the Chief Minister,” read the statement issued by CMO.
The CMO added that the CM will continue to dedicate his day in service of the people and focus on the fight against COVID-19 in the State.
