PANJIM: Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant along with BJP State president Sadanand Shet Tanavade will pay tribute to party stalwart former Chief Minister and former Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar at his memorial at Miramar on his second death anniversary on Wednesday, March 17.
Sawant and Tanavade will visit Miramar memorial at 9 am to pay their tributes. Thereafter, they will visit BJP head office, here, where party has organised a programme to pay homage to the leader.
Later, the duo will attend the book launch at Menezes Braganza hall, here, at 10 am. A book titled “Ek Manohar Katha” on life of Parrikar, written by Mangala Khadilkar would be released at the hands of the Chief Minister.
