PANJIM: Chief MInister Manohar Parrikar, who is in Mumbai for his treatment, will return to the State by Wednesday.
The Chief Minister’s return to Goa, which was supposed to be on Saturday as per an earlier communique of the CMO, has been delayed by a few days due to treatment. “Hon’ble chief minister to return to Goa by Wednesday,” said a Whatsapp message from the CMO on Monday.
Last week, within hours of arriving in Goa from his two-week long visit to USA for health check-up, Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar was on Thursday flown to Mumbai on medical grounds.
Parrikar was admitted in Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai and it was learnt that he had been admitted for a few hours in Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMC) on Wednesday night after he had complained of uneasiness.
