CM urges public to participate in Open Forum on Road Safety Management Plan

Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has urged the general public and press to participate in Open Forums and discussions for the preparation of the Road Safety Management Plan. The aim is to reduce road accidents. Government officials from stakeholder departments, NGOs and people will participate in the open forum slated for 21st October 2022 from 10 am onwards at Institute Menezes Braganza Hall, Panaji. This was stated by the Chief Minister at the post Cabinet briefing on Wednesday. 

CM Sawant will also hold a Virtual interaction with Swayampurna Mitras and newly elected sarpanchas and panchas on October 22. The Government will take Swayampurna 2.0 forward, Sawant said. He also promised action against tourists riding two-wheelers on Atal Setu.
