PANJIM: There will be a Continuing Medical Education (CME) programme in Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) on August 1, at 3 pm, in the Pathology Department Seminar Hall of Goa Medical College (GMC), Bambolim.
The CME will be chaired by Dr R G Wiseman Pinto, Dr M Tiwari and Dr Anita Spadigam. The speakers include Dr Nairica Rebello – Lecturer, Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology Department, Goa Dental College; Dr Joel Barbosa Noronha – Resident – Department of ENT, GMC; and Dr Pratksha Jaladi – Resident, Department of Pathology, GMC.
The topics to be covered at the CME include mucoepidermoid carcinmas of major and minor salivary glands, clinical features, diagnosis, incidence, epidemiology, imaging, biopsy, gross, microscopic, treatment, types and prognosis.
The CME is open to doctors and medical students and is as per National Medical Council (NMC), Goa University, National Board and National Education Policy 2020 guidelines and regulations.
