PANJIM: A complaint has been filed against Panaji Corporator Joel Andrade for cheating, fraud and misleading a youth from Ponda to vote for him in the ongoing youth Congress election, on the pretext to give job and money.
Chetan Mardolkar has filed a complaint with Panjim police against Andrade and others for cheating, fraud and breach of trust. In his complaint, Mardolkar said that he was called for an interview at Gera Grand, Patto-Panjim, the office that belongs to Andrade, on October 26. “To my shock and surprise, there was no interview conducted but was forced to provide his personal details including epic card number,” Mardolkar alleged.
