Former President of Goa Govt Employees Union John Nazareth has declared that he would file a complaint with the Vigilance Department if no inquiry is instituted against the technician for occupation therapy who has been recruited at the Institute of Psychiatry and Human Behaviour Bambolim.
He alleged that the employee had produced fake certificates from a university which does not exist and has no knowledge of Konkani. John also alleged that the employee was tampering with evidence.
