Former DGP of Bihar, P. M. Nair, in the special
series of Herald TV, congratulated Goa and the District Police for successfully
busting an international sex trafficking racket between Kenya and India at
Anjuna on September 8th.
DGP Nair said that all concerned agencies,
whether government or private, should help police investigate sext trafficking
cases. He further said that in such cases, NGO don’t act or respond; however,
he appreciated ARZ Goa for collaborating with the police to bust the
international sex trafficking racket.
DGP Nair has been working on the issue of human
trafficking for more than 43 years. He spoke on the critical issue of sex
trafficking in Herald TV’s Ground Zero series.
