VASCO: Sessions and District Court Margao on Tuesday granted conditional bail to all the three accused arrested on charges of assaulting personnel attached to Vasco Police outside a cinema theatre in Vasco on Sunday.
According to Vasco Police, after Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMCF) Vasco on Monday rejected the bail application of Ajay Ashok Anandachi, PSO to a minister, Samuel Curis and Pankaj Kavlekar, the accused filed a bail application before the Sessions Court Margao.
Police said the accused, Anandachi, Curis and Kavlekar, were granted conditional bail and they had to furnish a personal bond of Rs 5,000 at Judicial Magistrate First Class Vasco.
The accused have been asked to visit Vasco Police station as and when summoned by Vasco Police.
