MARGAO: Congress MLA Aleixo Reginaldo Lourenco literally begged of people not to venture out of their house and said the best way to combat the coronavirus pandemic is to stay at home and added that going out amounts to risking the lives of the family.
In a special message to the people, he said people will not be able to enjoy the money they have if they venture out just because they think they can afford to do so and said that if they do not want to live then they should go out.
“The situation is very serious and we do not have the facilities or even a system to implement the quarantine properly,” he said while asking children to remain at home.
In a special appeal to youth he said they should resort to some other means to channelize their enthusiasm and zeal instead of just moving around on their bikes and literally folding his hands said he was begging of people to remain indoors.
