Cong threatens mass agitation over RP-21

PANJIM: Congress party has threatened to hold a mass agitation if the BJP government fails to de-notify Regional Plan 2021 (RP21) and formulate a new land use plan, after due consultations with all stakeholders from the grassroots level, including panchayats.
