Around 50 Congress workers, including Xavier Fialho, Deepak Pai, Zamir Ahmed, Ashlesha Kamat, and Jafar Budhani, took part in the protest.
They also accused the BJP government of playing with the lives of Goans and neglecting the health sector.
It may be recalled that the District Hospital project, which was brought in by the Congress, has been pending for six to seven years, with the work progressing at a slow pace.
