PANJIM: The Goa Trinamool Congress on Friday further strengthened its base with the induction of dynamic women grassroots leaders Aishwarya Salgaonkar, former president of Shiv Sena Mahila Aghadi Sanghatak and Doris Texeira, former Margao chairperson and Margao Block Mahila Congress president at the party office at Panjim.
The event also marked the formal induction of Uday Gaonkar, son of former Minister Vasu Paik Gaonkar. Uday was also the Canacona Congress Block committee member from 2012-2015 and Manoj Tari, former president of the Mormugao Taxi Union.
