PERNEM: Self accident occurred at the Naibag-Poroscodemw section of NH 66 in Pernem. A container truck turned overturned and fell on its side. The driver sustained injuries. The driver was promptly shifted to the hospital for medical assistance.
The container was carrying the compound sodium lactate injection IP, which was fortunately not affected during the accident. The necessary authorities have been informed and are currently investigating the cause of the accident.
