Sanguem: Even after a period of over a week, the contractor involved in cutting the mango tree alongside the road at Dando Sanguem is yet to transport the huge logs dumped by the side of the main road.
The huge logs stacked by the side of the main road proceeding to Curchorem from Sanguem has rendered the road unsafe for the commuters particularly two wheeler riders.
The situation is made all the more precarious during late night hours in the absence of any noticeable sign boards all along the route where the logs are stacked.
The tree was cut earlier last week to pave way for the construction of the parallel bridge at Dando which is in the pipeline.
Moreover the logs stands dumped at a sharp turn opposite the cross road proceeding to Tarimol making the road much unsafe for road users.
