A 50-year-old man from Corlim died, after he was knocked down by a two-wheeler near bus stand at Mollar-Corlim on Tuesday night.
According to Old Goa Police, Pramod Naik, who was working as a security personnel for a company and posted at a company in Corlim Industrial Estate, was proceeding towards his residence on Tuesday night when he was knocked down by Activa scooter.
Naik was shifted to Goa Medical College Hospital at Bambolim, where he breathed his last on Wednesday morning while undergoing medical treatment.
Old Goa Police have registered the case under Motor Vehicle Act and are investigating the case.
