VASCO: Inspection of the work of extension of water pipeline under JICA scheme up to Thana in the village of Cortalim was done by Alina Saldanha, MLA of Cortalim Constituency along with PWD Engineer Eknath Paste and others.
In a press release, Cortalim MLA Alina Saldanha said that at present the 300 mm DI water pipeline has been laid from Upasnagar upto OLPS High School at Cortalim.
The said pipeline needs to be laid up to Thana in Cortalim but due to the presence of KRC’s RUB along the route, the work on the pipeline was at a halt.
