Couple blessing ceremony at Fatorda on Dec 17

Shri Shri Sadaguru Parwadeshwar Maharaj will perform the couple blessing ceremony and pray for world peace at the Nehru Stadium Fatorda on December 17 at 3 pm.
Addressing a press conference, Shri Sadaguru Parwadeshwar said the couple blessing ceremony will be performed at the stadium to pray for peace in the families and world at large.
“There ought to be peace at each and every home. Unless there is peace in the families, there cannot be peace in the country and the world”, he said.
He said the ceremony is open for people belonging to all religions, adding that spiritual leaders of all religions will be present at the stadium to grace the occasion and bless the couples.
“The leaders through this ceremony will spread the message of love, peace, prosperity and bless the couples with good health and happy life”, he added.
Chief Minister Digambar Kamat, Goan MPs, besides other political leaders and VIP will grace the occasion.
On the occasion, various awards will be presented to various persons for their contributions in respective fields. While the Goa Ratna will be presented to Sudesh Bhosle, the Sports lover award will be presented to PWD Minister Churchill Alemao. The Goa Bushan award will be presented to MLA Victoria Fernandes.
