PERNEM: Dhrishti Lifesavers rescued a couple in their 30s at the Arambol Beach, on Friday.
According to the sources, the incident occurred at around 4.40 pm when a couple had ventured into the sea wearing their personal life jackets. However, after some time, the duo feeling comfortable in swimming took off their life jackets and continued to swim deeper into the ocean.
After going a little deeper into the sea, they panicked and were seen calling for help. The Dhrishti Lifesavers noticed the couple gesturing for help after they were caught up in a rip current.The Dhrishti Lifesavers immediately rushed to their help and rescued the couple.
