PANJIM: The North Goa Principal Sessions Judge on Thursday rejected all five intervention applications filed by social activist Kashinath Shetye in the anticipatory bail applications of former CM Digambar Kamat and four others.
Shetye had argued on the ground that he is a first informant and the State is a complainant and as per an order of Bench of Bombay High Court in Kashinath Jairam Shetye verses Ramanth Mahadev Sawant, the court had held that in the matter of anticipatory bail the complainant and the first informant should be heard.
