PANJIM: One more Covid-19 death was recorded in the State on Friday taking the cumulative death toll to 3951.
With 112 new cases from the 1326 samples tested, the positivity rate of the State stood at 8.45 per cent. With 105 recoveries during the last 24 hours, the active caseload is at 713. The recovery rate was 98.15 per cent
Three patients were hospitalisations while 109 new patients are under home isolation. To date 1, 47,251 patients have recovered from Coronavirus infections, states a bulletin issued by the Directorate of Health Services.
Meanwhile, Covid-19 vaccination – precautionary doses administered on Wednesday were 1,817 taking the total cumulative doses to 21,870. These vaccinations are given to children aged 12-14 years, 15-17 years, above 18 years, 60 years and above and also for HCWs, FLW and 18-59 years.
