PANJIM: Goa’s COVID-19 recovery rate continues to show an upward trend with over 93 per cent patients getting cured till Tuesday, October 27.
The day saw 345 COVID-19 patients being declared negative and cured. Till date, total 39,778 patients have been cured. The active cases tally declined and stood at 2,384 with 215 new cases being reported for the day. As on date, State reported total 42,747 confirmed cases of which 585 succumbed to the infection. On Tuesday, total three deaths including that of a 39-year-old male from Curchorem who was brought dead to Hospicio on Monday night.
The other two victims are a 64-year-old female from Vasco and a 73-year-old male from Porvorim.
