The Crime Branch has filed a chargesheet against accused Soham Naik in a case registered by the State involving allegations of filming and circulating an obscene video featuring a victim girl.
According to investigators, the accused allegedly recorded the obscene act and later circulated the video, leading to the registration of the case and subsequent investigation by the Crime Branch.

In a separate but related matter, the Crime Branch has also submitted a report before the Juvenile Justice Board in connection with a case involving the alleged rape of a minor girl and recording of the act.
Officials stated that the matter was placed before the Juvenile Justice Board as both the accused and the victim were minors at the time of the alleged incident.
Further legal proceedings in both matters are expected to continue before the concerned authorities.
