Crime, detection rate saw marginal rise in 2012-13

PANJIM: While the crime rate in the State increased by 4.67 per cent for 2012-13 compared to the previous year, the detection of the crime increased by 2.23 per cent, the Economic Survey 2012-13 has revealed.
