Crime registered, no arrest as of now, says Vasco PI

VASCO: In the aftermath of the LPG gas vapour cloud explosion in Vasco, Police Inspector Kapil Nayak said that the police team investigating the crime, is actively exploring all facets, including the exact involvement of Anurag, the husband of deceased Shivani Rajawat in the incident. While a crime has been registered, no arrest has been made thus far.

PI Nayak said, “The investigation into the Vasco vapour cloud explosion is ongoing, and we are leaving no stone unturned. We are actively exploring all facets of the incident, and this includes looking into the exact involvement of Anurag, the husband. At this point, the crime has been registered, however no arrest has been made, but we are diligently pursuing all leads.”

The explosion, which occurred on November 18 at New Vaddem in Vasco, resulted in death of Shivani Rajawat and her mother Jaidevi. 

“While we are considering all possibilities, including the involvement of Anurag, it’s essential to note that the investigation is still in progress,” Nayak added.
