In a swift operation, the Forest Department has successfully captured and rescued a crocodile that had ventured into a residential area in Baina. The operation came after a local resident, Chandan Gade, had reported the presence of the crocodile in a nearby lake a few days ago.
Despite the initial report, the crocodile had evaded capture when the Forest Department initially laid a trap. However, the situation took a more urgent turn when, at around 4 am this morning, the crocodile was spotted outside Chandan Gad’s house.
With safety as the utmost priority, Chandan Gad promptly informed the Forest Department of the imminent danger. In response to the alert, forest officials arrived swiftly and efficiently captured the crocodile, ensuring the safety of the residents.
