Following an order from the Ministry of Home Affairs and extension granted by Goa governor Dr Mridula Sinha, the IAS officer’s tenure in Goa has been extended from July 1 to September 30.
“In pursuance to the order of MHA, New Delhi, the Goa Governor is pleased to grant extension to Rajesh Kumar Srivastav, IAS, (AGMUT 1984) as CS, Government of Goa for a period of three months with effect from July 1, 2016 to September 30, 2016 in public interest,” the order copy states.
